Visitors to this temple of sweet indulgence can enter either from the Abbey Church Yard or from Cheap Street during normal shopping hours.
There are daily demonstrations of the chocolate making process, and, visitors can observe how the raw chocolate is first heated before being cooled onto a marble work surface or pouring out from a chocolate moulding machine into individual moulds. As the chocolate is worked it develops a rich dark mahogany sheen and releases its captivating perfumes.
Enquiries about this dark enigmatic product are always welcome. Philippe and Thierry are pleased to share their passion on all aspects of chocolate!
