MCF is being handled and managed by a Chocolate Master*(1)
Personnel is being trained by the Company *(2). The most capable & ambitious gets promoted to Chocolate Master.
Personnel gets standard wages applied in the country but best employees (chocolate Masters) are being rewarded and get a participation to profits.
Idealy , personnel should be limited to 1 Master, 2 Apprentices and 2 Hostesses
The MCF should be able to produce and to commercialise up to 60 to 80 Kg chocolate/day
Highest standard of production and Hygiene are compulsory.
The unit should promote itself by following fashion and yearly events such as Valentine, Easter, Halloween, Xmas. Also it will get some help and directives from the Company.
In order to keep a high quality standard, all the primary material should be supplied by the Company. Company office and warehouse should be idealy located on Industrial Estate area
The financial structure of the company is a Ltd (Based in U.K.) ... Chocolate-M@ster Ltd.
The name Chocolate-M@ster.Org is inspired by and promoted by the internet site of the company. All informations on the company and a mail order purchasing unit will be made available on site.
The future MCF network should operate as a franchise or cooperative.

The Company imports base product directly without intermediary. The Company will
make its best to purchase local supply whenever it is possible .
